Meet Elizabeth: LCSW, MSW
Elizabeth, prefers to go by Liz, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW), licensed in the state of Montana and Florida Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, acceptance, and understanding—not judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself.
She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, honoring each client’s lived experience, strengths, and values. She works with youth and adults struggling with grief, OCD, trauma, and identity-related stress, and strives to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and respectful.
Her therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while remaining flexible to individual needs. She values transparency, consent, and pacing therapy in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Her background includes over 10 years in the mental health field including case management with a focus on early childhood, Medical Social Work (including end of life, Palliative, and Oncology), and Homeless Outreach with a focus on teens within the school setting.
Liz was born and raised in NW Montana, graduating from Bigfork High School. She raised her children in the Flathead Valley prior to moving to Bozeman. She completed her graduate degree in Social Work from Arizona State University (with honors). When not in session, Liz enjoys spending time with family, her sidekick Prudence (the dog), participating in local events, and exploring all that Montana has to offer.

She enjoys the advocacy work and making connections with other social workers and mental health providers across the state. Additionally, Liz works with Cancer Support Community of Montana as a grief facilitator.
