Therapy for Youth

Middle school and high school can be a time of intense emotional, social, and identity-related challenges. I work with youth in a developmentally appropriate, collaborative way to support emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping.

Grief and Loss Counseling

Grief is not linear, and there is no “right way” to experience it. Therapy offers a space to process loss at your own pace, honor your experience, and find ways to move forward while maintaining connection to what matters most.


OCD and Intrusive Thoughts Counseling

OCD can feel exhausting and isolating. Therapy focuses on understanding intrusive thoughts, reducing compulsive patterns, and developing skills to respond differently—without reinforcing fear or shame.

Trauma-Informed Care

Trauma can affect how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. My approach emphasizes safety, choice, and collaboration while supporting nervous system regulation and emotional processing.

LGBTQIA-Allied

We provide an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA clients. Therapy may include support around identity, stress, relationships, family dynamics, or navigating systems and environments that may not always feel safe or supportive.

Parenting Support

Parenting is hard-especially when patterns feels tuck. We can help parents break unhelpful cycles and develop and stronger connection and attachment.
